A child of about three or four refuses potty training and keeps wetting himself. Eventually, his mother threatens to 'cut it off' if he does it again. Later, when she is doing housework, or out, the older sister sees that the baby has wet again. She goes into the kitchen, gets a pair of scissors and cuts off the baby's penis.
